Returns Policy

Returns: 

Product returns will not be accepted without prior authorisation from our Customer Support Team. Once approved, you will be issued a return authority document that must be attached to the returned goods. Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of the invoice date. Any non-stocked items "or special orders" will not be accepted for return. All return transport charges will be Prepaid. Goods will not be accepted for return that is used or without the original packaging. 

 

Restocking Fee: 

A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns unless the goods are deemed Faulty by our Aftersales Department. 

 

Incorrect Deliveries or Damages: 

Al incorrect deliveries or damages MUST be reported to our Customer Support team within 48 hours of receipt of goods; any claims outside this time limit will be declined.
