Order Cut-Off Times:
Orders placed by 10:30 am AEST will be fulfilled and dispatched on the same day, pending availability.

Shipping Charges:
FIS (free into store) NSW, QLD, VIC, ACT and SA metropolitan areas only. The minimum order value is $500. All orders under $500 will incur a $40 + GST
fee.
All other states or regional locations will be quoted per purchase order to obtain the best freight rate. Prices will vary depending on the size and weight of the goods.
Please request a quote before despatch, or you can organise your own freight company if preferred. Note: no claims for damages will be accepted once the goods have been picked up from our warehouse using your own courier.

Courier Pickups:
Items can be picked up by your nominated courier from our Sydney warehouse only. This will need to be pre-arranged when placing your order. Please allow 4 hours for goods to be ready.

Delivery Times:
Delivery times will depend on the size and weight of the goods and the delivery location. Express deliveries can be arranged at the time of ordering. Whilst we endeavour to deliver items as quickly as possible, we use third-party companies for our deliveries and cannot be held responsible for freight delays. No claims for delayed deliveries will be accepted once the courier consignment tracking is supplied.

Incorrect Deliveries or Damages: 

Al incorrect deliveries or damages MUST be reported to our Customer Support team within 48 hours of receipt of goods; any claims outside this time limit will be declined.
